  7. Practice TIG welding using a sharpie/pen
  8. Amperage
  9. Contact to work distance (CTWD)
  10. TIG welding- welding drills
    1. Aluminum welding drill
    2. Steel welding drill
    3. Stainless welding drill

Day Two

  1. Review of Day One
  2. TIG Welding
    1. Alum, Steel, SS Lap welds
    2. Alum, Steel, SS Fillet Welds
  3. Small TIG welding projects
    1. Welding a “die”
  4. Cut and Etch samples
  5. Machine shop repairs
    1. Examples on fixing crashed tool mistakes
    2. Repairing mis-machining
